The value of Jesus Christ outweighs anything you can compare to him, and of course it does, for all things have their being in him, for him, and through him. If Solomon in all his splendor did not possess the glory of the lilies of the field, how much glory does the creator of the lilies and all things beautiful, possess? What unsearchable imagination and riches are we reckoning with here as we consider the depths of Jesus Christ and his inherit value? So, the will executed by our High Priest Jesus Christ is of truly infinite value. You can and will forever take that inheritance, ratified by the shed blood of Jesus, to the eternal bank of God and your capital will never even so as flinch. This is my friends, is a better covenant, ratified by a better mediator. The hardest part to believe about Christianity is just how good it is, specifically for sinners, but this redemptive goodness is written deeply on all our hearts, as a testimony to point us to Christ Jesus.

Regardless of one's eschatological conclusion of this text, all Christians must unanimously conclude that there will be no time for repentance upon his second coming. Sin has been dealt with and the time to deal with sin personally through faith in Christ is now. If you die and see the Lord or he returns, without having dealt with sin by placing your faith in Jesus Christ, your only future is judgement. Only those eagerly awaiting Christ will be saved.
